Missy Andersen’s self-titled CD, Missy Andersen, is a winner. The horn section knows what to do with these arrangements and make a perfect complement to Missy’s terrific, husky voice. Heine Andersen plays some funky, tight, blues guitar, especially on “New Feet” and “Same Old Blues.” Check out Missy’s version of “I Can’t Stand the Rain.” A sophisticated blend of Blues and R&B that is irresistible.
